MBE Australia – Investing in the future

MBE Australia has recently recruited some serious talent to assist with its growth targets for 2012 and beyond, a positive sign of what lies ahead for this company. With a new location in Point Cook Victoria opening soon, 2 new locations slated for opening in Sydney and another soon in Perth, the writing is on the wall for MBE’s growth in Australia.

Firstly, Andrew Dalton has joined the team in the National Franchise Development role. Andrew has over 15 years experience in the franchise industry and has been on both sides of the franchise agreement, previously owning franchises as well as assisting franchisees develop successful businesses through his practical knowledge and experience. This experience includes working for large multinational franchisors (Bridgestone, United Franchise Group and MBE) growing their networks and enhancing their performance. “The franchisors network is ultimately the true barometer of the businesses performance. If the network is happy with the model, the support they receive and ultimately their ROI, the sky is the limit.”

Paul McLaren has also recently joined the business in the role of NSW/VIC/ACT Area Manager for the business.
Paul brings a wealth of experience to MBE from his time managing multiple sites for large national retailers and years of experience in the instant print industry.
Paul’s main focus will be on supporting the MBE franchise network; this will be via vendor support programs, training initiatives and margin enhancement for the MBE franchise network.

The future is looking bright for MBE Australia.
